1. BILAL GANJ ONLINE does not offer any ‘Returns’ for any of the products. We offer only “Exchange.”.
  2. All products purchased from our Site can be exchanged within 02 days only if:
  • The exchange request is made within the stated time frame/limit.
  • The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
  • The received product(s) differed from the original order.
  • Anything is missing from the package.
  • Video of the unboxing of the received parcel is compulsory with any claim.

In such cases, claims can only be entertained if they are made within 01 days of the original order date.

Please email pictures of the defective item to sale@bilalganjonline.com or call at +92 3218899886 within 01 days after order delivery in case to raise a dispute. Bilal ganj online will look at each dispute on an individual basis and will make every effort to be fair to both parties.

Once we receive the item our team will review the damage-once the dispute is settled fairly we will issue a replacement of the same value against the product mentioned in the invoice and send it with the next order made by the customer.

  1. Discounted items cannot be returned / exchanged.
  2. Returned products must be in new, sealed and unused condition and include the original box and/or packaging with all tags included.
  3. Any merchandise or parts that show signs of use (wear, bugs, dirt, smell, pet hair, scuffing, mounting, etc.) or are otherwise in a condition other than it was received is not acceptable.
  4. Apparel items must be packed in their original garment bag (or equivalent plastic bag protection) and include all original tags. The plastic bag protects the item from the cardboard. Items packaged without this protection most likely will arrive rubbed and will be returned to the customer.
  5. Unused items that are returned with missing or damaged packaging, tags, components, or hangers may be returned to the customer or subject to an additional processing fee of shipment of the merchandise cost-based and area where it will be sent on the availability of those missing or damaged components.
  6. Any electronic that has been removed from packaging or whose manufacturer seal is broken is non-returnable.
  7. Any tool or chemical that has been opened or sealed broken is non-returnable.
  8. Any items shipped COD or having additional brokerage fees that are charged upon delivery will be rejected.
  9. Orders can be modified or cancelled only while their status is labeled “Open.” Once an order has a status of “Order Processed,” it cannot be cancelled or modified, as the order has been processed by our warehouse and is in the queue to be shipped out.
  10. Please let us know ASAP if any goods arrive damaged. Please keep all original shipping containers and take pictures and video.
